Samdech Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of Cambodia emphasized the collective commitment to fostering peace and tolerance in an increasingly complex global landscape. Highlighting Cambodia’s transformative journey, she shared how the nation’s "Win-Win Policy" has served as a foundation for lasting peace and socio-economic progress. Cambodia’s success story was presented as a model, demonstrating how unity and perseverance can lead to prosperity and development.

The adoption of the Universal Peace Charter and the Phnom Penh Declaration during IPTP11 were celebrated as significant milestones in advancing global peace and cooperation. The President called for continued efforts to strengthen multilateralism, uphold human-centered peacebuilding approaches, and amplify the values of tolerance and justice.
