Phnom Penh, 26 June 2026 — The Secretariat-General of the National Assembly concluded a four-week training course on "Photography, Videography, Graphic Design and Video Editing" at the National Assembly Palace. The closing ceremony was presided over by H.E. Khuon Davith, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Assembly.

Organized by the Department of Information under the General Department of International Relations, Protocol and Information, the training brought together 70 officials from the Secretariat-General of the National Assembly.

The programme was designed to strengthen participants' practical skills in photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing, with the aim of enhancing the quality of the National Assembly's news production and information dissemination.

In his closing remarks, H.E. Khuon Davith highlighted that, under the Secretariat-General's 2026 Training Plan, a total of 14 capacity-building courses are being organized to further enhance the professional competencies of National Assembly officials.

He noted that these initiatives support the National Assembly's ongoing transition toward an e-Parliament, a key initiative championed by Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, during the Seventh Legislature.

H.E. Khuon Davith commended the trainees for their active participation and commitment throughout the programme and encouraged them to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to produce high-quality multimedia content that effectively showcases the work and achievements of the National Assembly.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, certificates of completion were presented to all participants in recognition of their successful completion of the training course. The programme reflects the National Assembly's continued commitment to strengthening the capacity of its officials as part of its broader reform agenda and its vision of building a modern, digital Parliament.
