Phnom Penh, 24 July 2026 – At the invitation of Hon. Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will lead a high-level delegation on an official and friendship visit to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam from 27 to 29 July 2026.
The visit aims to further advance the spirit of "good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-term stability" and further enhance parliamentary cooperation to bring concrete benefits to the two nations.
According to the programme, the Cambodian delegation is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on Hon. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, hold bilateral talks with Hon. Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly, and meet with Hon. Le Minh Hung, Prime Minister of Viet Nam.
As planned, commission members of the National Assembly will hold bilateral meetings with their Vietnamese counterparts to exchange information, share experiences, and enhance parliamentary cooperation between the two legislatures.
In addition, the high-level Cambodian delegation is scheduled to visit Viettel and Central Military Hospital 108 to strengthen people-to-people ties and enhance cooperation in the digital economy, innovation, and healthcare.
