Dr. Chheang Vannarith, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Assembly and Chairman of the National Assembly Advisory Council, on Monday delivered a keynote address at a symposium marking the 105th anniversary of the Communist Party of China (CPC), held at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Cambodia.
