Samdech Moha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly, and His Excellency Tibor Baloghdi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Cambodia, stressed the importance of the two countries' long-standing friendship and cooperation, not only for the benefit of both countries and its peoples, but also for peace and stability in the region and the world, at a meeting held on the morning of February 13, 2024 at the National Assembly Palace.

On February 13, 2024, Samdech Moha Rathsaphea Thika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly, received a courtesy call with the German Parliamentary Delegation led by His Excellency Johannes Steiniger at the National Assembly Palace.

Samdech Moha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary stated that peace has made Cambodia develop and use its full potential for national development and has significantly raised the living standards of its people. Samdech Rathsaphea Thipadei stressed that Cambodia is enriched with cultural assets and natural resources, but due to warfare, Cambodia has lost huge resources, such as in the field of jewelry and precious stones.

On February 8, 2024, Samdech Rathsaphea Thika Thipadei Khuon Sodary, President of the National Assembly, granted permission for delegation executives from Metfone to pay a courtesy call and receive suggested guidance to deliver better telecommunications technology services to the people of Cambodia.

During the occasion of a courtesy call paid to Samdech Moha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia on 30 January 2024 at the National Assembly Palace, His Excellency Dr. Santo Darmosumarto, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Cambodia, noted his endeavors to promote parliamentary cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Indonesia in both bilateral and multilateral frameworks during his diplomatic term in Cambodia.

Australia has shown a strong will to strengthen and expand cooperation with the Kingdom of Cambodia in both the legislative and executive branches. In the afternoon of 19 June 2018, at the National Assembly Palace, H.E. Dr. Nguol Nhel, Second-Vice President of the National Assembly and Chairman of Preparatory Committee for the 27^th Annual Meeting of APPF to be hosted by Cambodian Parliament early in 2019. 

In the afternoon of June 15, 2018, H.E. Sok Eysan, Chairman of Working Group of APPF Future Work led a meeting to select topics for this matters. The meeting being held at the National Assembly of Cambodia, was comprised of working members of Cambodian APPF secretariat and the senior advisers to the National Assembly from the GIZ foundation.
